Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

This yummy Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie is such a delicious nutty treat packed full of protein!

Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • ¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp TK Flax Seed Oil Original
  • 1½ cups water
  • 3 ice cubes

Method

  • In a blender, add the water and oil
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Blend together until desired consistency is reached - the ice cubes will help to thicken the smoothie
